2 new Carla icons
In case anyone is interested I made a couple more icons from various pics I've snurched from here.

No teasers as there are only 2:

All I ask (as usual) is if you take, please credit me when/if you use them.  Thanks.  Hope you enjoy them.

Just realized that we haven't had an icon tag so far :o. Somehow I'm in icon mood today, maybe I'll post some today or tomorrow. Not that I'm good with iconing, but it's fun ;)

Yours are nice btw :)

Thanks. I would have made more but I've pulled a muscle in my left shoulder and it's turned into a knot and makes sitting at the puter for long a little painful. :(

Can't wait to see what you've done

First headache now the shoulder? That's not nice :/ Get well soon!

makes sitting at the puter

*lol* --> Puter means turkey/gobbler in German.

Can't wait to see what you've done

Don't expect too much!

What can I say, it's hell getting old. LOL Thanks for the well wishes.

Puter, that's funny. Thanks for the lesson. The only German word I really know the meaning for is "nine". LOL

Aw, you're not that bad. Just keep practicing (making icons) and you'll get better.

Hope you're doing better today :)

For nine? The number? What's the story behind?

I've made some icons, I'll post them a bit later ;)

No, I was told that "nine" is No in German. As a kid our family had gone camping with my uncle and his wife. He had a German buddy of his (they met through my uncle's time in the US Army) visiting. One morning I was woken up to someone yelling "nine". I ask my mom what was going on and she said the guy was yelling "no". Don't remember why. Just remember him yelling "nine". Not sure how it's spelled in German, but that's what it sounds like to this Yank. ;)

Of course! *lol*

Nine sounds like "Nein" = "No"

Funny ;)
